In the Life Atlanta's official Black Gay Pride events get underway tonight with a candlelight vigil created as "a celebration of life and an opportunity for attendees to share and honor those in our lives who have passed." The vigil is hosted by Tabernacle Baptist Church, whose pastor, Rev. Dennis Meredith, has built a successful ministry by reaching out to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.
