Government can work quickly!

It wasn't so long ago we heard how gay marriage is a financial windfall for California.

Now we hear Massachusetts is removing a ancient law so out of state couples can be married in Massachusetts.

I find it interesting how fast and efficient government can be when it wants to.

Which would suggest insult when they drag their feet!

I once suggested all public servants should work for minimum wage. Of course I was enlightened with; "if we want the best we must pay for it".

From that, since we are paying for the best, it shouldn't be unreasonable to expect the best. The best performance, best efficiency, best productivity and best results. NOT the best backstabbers, best swindlers, best liars and best thieves.
