Why does this not surprise me in the least? People who are interested in taking rights away (or keeping rights away in the first place) will stoop to almost any means necessary to accomplish their goals. I'm disgusted, to be sure, but not at all surprised.

I would like to see the state make the company, with an overseer that the company pays for, contact every single signer to verify that they WANTED to sign the second petition.

Let this, too, be a lesson to the public in general - READ what you put your name to!
